You must get return authorization from us before you return anything to us. Once you receive a Return Authorization number, you have another 5 days to arrange a return for the item to us. Return authorization window are valid for 5 days from the date of issue.
- However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged or one with different product, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. We want all our customers to have a great experience with us at MOBI SPARE HUB. In order for our 30 Day Easy Exchange Policy and 30 Day Replacement Guarantee to be sustainable and fair for all, we take Return and Exchange Policy abuse seriously.

We don’t accept used parts back in any condition. If you have got a genuine problem with our product, we will support you beyond the limits, but no fake returns accepted.

We don't want the handful of people who attempt to abuse our policy to ruin the experience for everyone else.

- If the part came with a box that had a barcode, please include the box in your return package. We recommend using the original packaging to send the items back to prevent unwanted damages to the screen. Please don’t send part back to us using envelopes.
- Please note that Items that have been installed or used are not eligible for exchanges and refunds and our warranty does not apply to parts used by improper use or improper installation. We don’t accept returns If you’ve removed the protective screen guards from our items and have used them in any way. Before fixing the item permanently, please check it checked carefully with a nearby mobile repairing center.
- Mobi Spare Hub parts have stamps and warranty sticker that help us identify our parts. If you have parts from other suppliers, please make sure to send the correct part back to us. The warranty only applies to parts that the stamp and warranty sticker has not been removed and If any warranty stamp or sticker is broken or has been tampered with, the product will no longer have any warranty, don’t tear off the display front Lamination.
- Shipping Cost and COD Charges are non-refundable items. If you return a product to us, please be aware that you have to pay return shipping charges, and you’ll not get a refund for the shipping charges and COD Charges, which you had paid earlier.
- Before making a claim for a defective part, please test it thoroughly. If a fully-functional item is returned, it is subject to a restocking fee of 20%. Any unexplained returns without having a proper reason, the customer has to pay the shipping and reverse shipping two-way charges.
Warranties & Exchanges
- Our warranties and exchanges do not cover any physical damage to products purchased from Mobi Spare Hub We can’t cover user error. If you break a part during installation, we can’t replace it. If you accidentally damage the part after installation, we cannot replace it. Additionally, if you destroy a tool or tool roll due to misuse, we can’t replace it.
- We don’t allow anyone to misuse the return policy. Several customers want to abuse the return policy by sending their old broken items back to us. To avoid such issues, you will need to send photos or video of the actual problem depending on the situation. Any genuine customer having a valid reason will never have any issues with this policy. This policy is to curb customers who try to cheat us using different tactics. If you want a low-quality product for a low price, don’t compare it with ours, and It will not be a ground for returns.
- We are not liable for any damage which occurs from repairing the cell phone. Please don’t try to repair your handset If you don’t know what you are doing. Mobi Spare Hub is not responsible for any damage to your device due to improper installation or accidental damage. This includes Loss or damages to records, information or data.
